With the help & support of the amazing Knowle Grange team, Carol has embarked on an exciting programme of upgrading & expanding the facilities, all while maintaining the special character of the property. And now, with business in full bloom, Carol & her team rely on Vagaro for the inner workings of everyday life at the spa. From booking to client management & everything in between, Vagaro is the software that allows these professionals to focus on what they love most—their craft.

Vagaro really helps us at Knowle Grange. The thing that I love is that you get a whole client profile so you can go back and see which treatments people have had in the past & you can set recurring treatments. We also use Vagaro for sending out forms before people come visit us. We can send out a client health questionnaire or a menu for our lunches.
