Yes, Vagaro allows you the flexibility to choose what features make sense for each business location rather than forcing every location into the same setup. This is especially helpful for businesses where locations vary in size, services, or staff count. \

Each bookable calendar license you add to a business location costs $10 (US), up to seven licenses. Once you reach seven licenses, you can add more employees at no extra cost. Employee profiles can then be shared across locations so you don’t have to spend unnecessary time setting them up. 

No. Vagaro is built to support multi-location management without piling on unnecessary fees. Each business location you add to Vagaro will have its own independent cost depending on the features you choose to add to it, without any added multi-location fees.

Yes. Vagaro has a team dedicated to help train you and your team on our system, as well as migrate any of your requested data to into your new Vagaro account. 

It typically takes 1-2 business days to transfer your data. Vagaro’s Imports and Onboarding team is available by appointment to assist with your transfer. A representative will explain the transfer steps to you during your appointment to ensure the best results based on your needs.  

It’s recommended you only transfer your data once, but your representative will ensure you get the best results possible.
