Small to mid-size businesses get the most from PayPro paired with a card reader and barcode scanner. Multi-location and enterprise businesses will find PayPro Duo ideal, with its dual-screen setup designed for high-volume front desk operations. 

PayPro is $380, PayPro Mini is $420, and PayPro Duo is $800. PayPro Go retails for $150 but is available free to businesses that sign up for Vagaro Merchant Services. All hardware can be purchased with $0 due today through Vagaro Capital, Vagaro's flexible financing option with no fixed fees or interest. 

PayPro Go is available at no cost when you sign up for Vagaro credit card processing for the first time. Terms apply and require keeping your Vagaro account and credit card processing active for at least 12 months. 

PayPro supports a range of accessories via its built-in USB hub, including a receipt printer, barcode scanner, cash drawer, EMV card reader, and PayPro Mini as a secondary customer-facing screen. All accessories are available separately from the Vagaro Online Store. 

Yes. All Vagaro hardware purchases include a one-year warranty, and you can track and manage your orders in the Purchased Products report.

No. All Vagaro hardware and accessories are plug-and-play and do not require additional setup or installation beyond the Vagaro Pro app's built-in onboarding wizard. Most businesses are up and running the same day their hardware arrives.  

All Vagaro hardware supports chip (EMV dip), contactless tap-to-pay (NFC), and major digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. PayPro Go and PayPro Mini also support swipe. Keyed-in transactions are available across all devices when a physical card isn't present.

For small merchants processing under $4,000 per month, the rate is 2.6% + 10¢ per dip or tap, with no monthly fee. For large merchants processing over $4,000 per month, the rate drops to 2.29% + 19¢ per dip or tap, with a $10 monthly fee (aadditional $0.06 surcharge on tap transactions for both tiers). 

Yes. PayPro Go and PayPro Mini both connect to iOS and Android phones and tablets. PayPro Mini also connects seamlessly with Mac and PC. If you already use Vagaro on a mobile device, PayPro Go is the easiest way to add a dedicated card reader without replacing your existing setup. 

Yes. Every Vagaro POS device gives clients a transparent, self-directed checkout experience. They can view an itemized breakdown of their total, add a tip, sign the transaction, and choose between a printed or emailed receipt, all directly on the device screen.
