Rewind, Reflect, Celebrate: Your Vagaro 2025 Recap!

Top-Selling Products

Your top-selling product(s) is likely to be a large contributing factor to your overall revenue! To calculate your top-selling products for 2025, navigate to the Reports tab of Vagaro. Once there, maneuver over to the Product Sales Report. Next, click the Date Range field at the top of the page, followed by This Year. Then, click Run Report. After running your Product Sales Report, click the top of the Quantity column to sort your report.

After doing so, your Product Sales Report will show you the most-sold products at the top, cascading down in descending order.

Most-Booked Service

It’s always a good idea to gather some understanding about why your clients love frequenting your business, as it’ll provide you with direction in navigating today’s dynamic market. So many services offered out there, so little menu space, right? Well, now you can do just that! To find your most-booked service of the year, head to your Services/Classes Report—just below your Product Sales reports. Like before, be sure to set your Date Range to the This Year option. Next, click Run Report! Once the report’s been run, click the column labeled No. of Appointments/Classes. After doing so, your Services/Classes Report will list the most-booked service for the year, cascading down to the least-booked.

To see which of your clients booked the most appointments with you for the year, head to your Customers Report, found in the same Reports section of Vagaro mentioned previously. Next, select the Grid View option located on the upper-righthand side of the report:

After selecting Grid View, click on Advanced Filters at the top of the page, followed by Last Visit. Then, choose After from the Last Visit dropdown menu. Next, set the date to January 1, 2025. After setting the Last Visit date to beginning of this year, click Run Report. For the final and most important step, click the top of the column labeled: App. Booked. Doing so will organize your Customers Report by those who booked the most appointments with you since the beginning of the year to those who booked the least.

Total Appointments for the Year

To calculate how many total appointments you had booked during 2025, head back to the Services/Classes Report that we had used before. Then, click into the Date Range field and choose This Year. Once you do, click Run Report, and the total number of appointments for the year will be listed along the very bottom of the report underneath the No. of Appointments/Classes column.
