Crystal originally began using infrared therapy in an attempt to treat her son’s allergies and asthma. As time and the treatments went on, the symptoms, meds, and injections began to dwindle, eventually to a point where none of it was needed any longer. It was then that Crystal and her daughter, Annabella, sought to share what they had found with the community: a natural, full-body healing and recovery service that provided long-term results. How does it work, though? Well…

If it’s your first time at a CYL location, they’ll start you out on their lymphatic roller. Using a wavy, rotating cylinder, the roller massages and rolls out your entire lymphatic system. Doing so brings any toxins stored in your cells to the surface where they’re removed using a post-roll infrared sauna session. You’re essentially “sweating from the inside out,” as Crystal explains. It’s healing on a cellular level.
