Get Featured is becoming Vera Fill My Books, and it's a big upgrade. Instead of just featuring your listing, Fill My Books uses Vera (Vagaro's built-in AI assistant) to actively promote your availability across the Marketplace, Daily Deals, email, and push notifications, so your business is shown front and center for new and existing customers.
Here's what that means for you.

You only pay when Vera books you. There's no monthly subscription for Fill My Books. Instead, there's a per-booking fee (5% for existing customers, 20% for brand-new ones). If a promotion doesn't bring in a booking, you're not charged.

You stay in control. You set your goal, pick the maximum discount you're comfortable with, and choose which services, classes, and team members to promote. Vagaro handles creating the promotions, putting them in front of the right customers, and highlighting your business on the Marketplace.

Two ways to grow. Run a Get New Customers campaign to reach people nearby who've never booked with you, or turn on Fill Last-Minute Openings to promote availability within the next 72 hours and close the gaps in your schedule. You can run either one or both.

How Vera markets you. Once you're approved, your business shows up as sponsored on the Marketplace home page, ranks higher in local search, and gets promoted through Daily Deals and email campaigns to Vagaro users within 25 miles who haven't visited you yet. With Fill Last-Minute Openings on, your existing clients get push notifications and emails too.

It's your call. Nothing changes automatically. If you currently run a Daily Deal or have Get Featured active, you'll see a pop-up asking you to opt in. If you choose not to use Fill My Books or Daily Deals, you won't be charged any booking fees.
