The New Missed Checkouts and Check-ins Report

The Transaction List, Sales Summary, and commission in the Payroll Report all rely on information from checked-out appointments. If you don't check out your appointments and process the transaction via third-party software, then this information will not be displayed in the report. The new Missed Checkouts/Check-ins Report enables you to keep track of appointments that you've missed and finalize them by completing the checkout process.
