Changes to Customer Profiles

You can now edit a customer’s name, email, phone number, and other details directly in their profile. Any updates you make stay within your business and won’t be changed if the customer updates their information online or in the Vagaro app. Even if some details don’t match, the profile will stay connected. Whether the customer books online or you book for them, notifications will always be sent to the information you have on file.

Keep in mind, only the customer can manage their login credentials. If you update their email on file, it won’t change the email they use to sign in. If the customer is having trouble logging in, you can point them to these steps to reset their credentials and regain access.
