Making Forms Mandatory for All Clients No Longer Applies to Gift Cards

Before, if you required a form for all clients, purchasing gift cards online would require customers to fill out a mandatory form. This was changed. Now, even if you have this setting turned on, a customer will not be required to fill out a form when purchasing a gift card.
