Automatically Assign Retention Tags for Online Booking

Before, if you had Customer Tracking turned on, you would need to manually enter a Retention tag for online appointments. We know businesses are busy, so now tags will automatically assign all online bookings. The Customer Retention Report provides in-depth data on customer retention at your business. The four retention tags haven't changed:

  • RR (Return Request): Returning clients who requested a specific service provider.
  • RNR (Return Non-Request): Returning customers who didn't request a specific service provider.
  • NR (New Request): New clients who requested a specific service provider.
  • NNR (New Non-Request): New clients who didn't request a specific service provider.
